Detailed Product Description
HPL/PVC Type Steel Perforated Raised Floor is composed of panels, pedestals, stringers and screws. The stringers and pedestals are vertically adjustable and are secured with screws to form the stable bottom bearing. The elevated floors are then inlaid into the grid which is formed when connecting the stringers.
25% HPL/PVC Type Steel Perforated Raised Floor(SPP-25P)
Panel description:
This is the standard perforated air flow panel, composed of two steel sheets welded together and enclosing a grid metal sheet. Both top sheet and bottom sheet are punched with ventilation holes to allow for easy air flow. The perforated raised floor tiles are coated with epoxy powder after have been phosphorated to protect against corrosion. More specifically, the anti-static high pressure laminate (HPL) tiles and PVC tiles are lined with a black conductive vinyl trim serving as the edging. The perforated panel can be equipped with a damper which allows for air volume adjustment if necessary within the range of 0-25%. This panel system is compatible with the HPL/PVC type steel cement infilled panel system.
Damper:
Raised floor ventilation can be installed with the damper, and it will make the air flow volume from 0~25% adjustment.

Understructures
If specified any understructure can be provided with electro galvanizing, gold chromatisting, or electrophoretic coating.
Colors: Available in silver, yellow/tan, black.
Bolted stringer system
Flat steel pedestal
The pedestal design utilizes a 75mm square head. The base plate is normally 100mm square and includes provision for the use of mechanical fixing to the sub-floor or adhesive. The pedestal head design allows for the use of bolt-on stringers if required. All components are free of electro-zinc, a potential source of zinc whiskers.
Pedestal Height: 80mm -1500mm. Each pedestal allows for approximately 15mm-25mm height adjustment.

Stringer is used to improve stability, the rigidity and the bearing capacity of the whole system. There are pre-punched holes at each end of the pedestal head where screws are used to fasten the stringers in place. The stringer is a solid square tube structure that aids in resisting bowing and spreading with greater load impact.
Standard Stringer Dimension:
21mm x 32mm x 570mm
21mm x 32mm x 580mm (available for 24" x24" panel)
Alternative Stringer Dimension:
21mm x 32mm x 1170mm
21mm x 32mm x 1190mm(available for 24" x24" panel)
Thickness: 1.0mm or 1.2mm
Typical areas of application
Steel Perforated elevated floors, blended with Cement Infill panel, is used for the places where air flow is necessary under the floor, such as electrical workshops, cleaning rooms and some special computer rooms.
