Encapsulated Calcium Sulphate Raised Floor is composed of panels, pedestals and stringers and screws. The stringers and pedestals that are vertically adjustable are connected with screws, which forms the stable bottom bearing . Computer Room Floors are then place on the grid which is formed when connecting the stringers with vinyl trim.
Computer Room Floor description
Access Floor Systems are based on a 600mm x 600mm square module constructed around a high density calcium sulphate core. Both the top and the bottom sheets are covered with galvanized steel sheets that are double folded along the edges to ensure high load bearing capacity and to completely protect the core. As a result, the panels are CE certified and provide excellent rigidity, durability, and acoustic performance.

Understructure
Flat steel head pedestal: The pedestal format is a 90mm diameter head with a base plate measuring 100mm. The head allows for the use of standard plastic cap. There are multiple ways to secure the pedestal to the original floor, including adhesive or bolts. The pedestal head design allows for the use of bolt-on or snap-on stringers if required.
Pedestal Height: 150mm -1500mm. Each pedestal allows for approximately 25mm height adjustment. We can also customize your order based on the special requirements.

Stringer is used to improve the stability and the rigidity of floor foundation. Each stringer is individually fastened on both ends to the pedestal with screws. It guarantees solid construction and resistance to bowing and spreading with increased load capacity. Each stringer has a vinyl strip attached to its surface so that panel can quietly fitting place.
