OA Steel Cementitious Raised Floor with Caps is composed of panels, pedestals an anti-vibration gasket ,and screws. The panel is placed on the pedestals with anti-vibration gasket and then locked in place with the screws in the corner-lock holes.

502 Raised Access Floor has the same composition as the 501 Panel, but varies slightly in its shape.The 502 Panel is an H-shaped panel most commonly used where floor outlets are placed.

Option1 Cross Head Pedestal & Border Pedestal

Aluminum Cross Head Pedestal features three key pieces: an aluminum cross head, a solid steel rod, and a base plate. The cross head is fixed to a M16 solid steel rod which is welded to the base plate, which is normally 90mm square. There are two options for securing the base plate to the sub-floor. One can either screw bolts into the sub-floor in the corner-holes provided or use adhesive.

Border Pedestal The pedestal design utilizes a 60mm square head. The base plate is normally 75mm square. One can either screw bolts into the sub-floor in the corner-holes provided or use adhesive.

This pedestal features four key pieces: a black plastic head cap (ABS/PP), a flat steel square head , a solid steel rod, and a base plate. The flat steel head is fixed to a M16 solid steel rod and then attached to the base plate, which is normally 100mm square. There are two options for securing the base plate to the sub-floor. One can either screw bolts into the sub-floor in the corner-holes provided or use adhesive. The black plastic head cap (ABS/PP) then neatly fits on the flat square steel head.

Finished Floor Height: 60mm-250mm. Each pedestal allow for approximately 15mm height adjustment.
